This Return Policy covers appliance parts associated with repair jobs. It does not apply to completed labor. Part returns follow manufacturer and supplier rules for original Miele components.

Unopened, unused parts in original packaging may be eligible for return only when the supplier accepts them and the part was not specially ordered as non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
If we supplied an incorrect or defective part before installation, we will arrange a replacement at no extra parts cost to you. Tell us immediately if packaging or part numbers look wrong.
We generally install only original manufacturer parts we source. If a rare exception is agreed in writing, returns for customer-supplied parts remain your responsibility with the original seller.
Where a return is allowed, requests must be made promptly — usually within the supplier’s stated window from delivery. Delayed requests may be declined even if packaging is unused.
Contact us with your job details and part information before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved returns are coordinated by our team with the parts supplier.
