How to cancel or reschedule a diagnostic visit, what notice we need, and when fees may apply.
This Cancellation Policy covers diagnostic and repair appointments. Giving us notice helps another homeowner take the slot and keeps scheduling fair for everyone.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Earlier notice is appreciated for morning routes and same-day windows that are hard to refill.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or after a technician is already en route, may incur a trip or late-cancellation fee if one was disclosed when you booked.
If nobody is available at the service address during the confirmed window and we cannot reach you, the visit may be treated as a no-show and any applicable trip fee may be charged.
If you cancel after approving a repair and parts have already been ordered, non-refundable supplier costs may still apply under our Refund and Return policies.
If we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or parts delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new appointment. Prepaid amounts for work not performed are handled under the Refund Policy.
We prefer rescheduling over cancellation when your plans change. Ask us for the next available window in your area and we will do our best to accommodate you.
