Diagnostic visit fees
If a diagnostic or trip fee applies and the visit is completed, that fee is generally non-refundable because technician time and travel have already been provided. Any waiver is confirmed in writing with your estimate.
When diagnostic fees, deposits, and completed repair charges may be refunded — and when they are not.
This Refund Policy explains how payments for diagnostics, parts, and completed repairs are handled if service is cancelled, declined, or cannot be completed as approved.
If a diagnostic or trip fee applies and the visit is completed, that fee is generally non-refundable because technician time and travel have already been provided. Any waiver is confirmed in writing with your estimate.
If you decline the repair after diagnosis, you are not charged for unapproved parts or labor. Only agreed diagnostic or trip charges (if any) remain due.
Deposits collected to order original manufacturer parts are refundable if we cancel the order before parts ship, subject to supplier rules. Once a part is ordered, shipped, or specially procured, deposits may be non-refundable.
Charges for completed, approved repair work and installed parts are not refundable simply because you later choose a different solution. Workmanship concerns are handled under our Warranty Policy.
If we cannot complete an approved repair due to our scheduling or parts failure on our side, we will refund prepaid amounts for work not performed, minus any non-refundable supplier costs already incurred and disclosed to you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take several business days after we issue the refund.
